TRANSPORTATION OF GOODS AND PAYMENT METHOD:

The transportation costs consist of the following items – carriage charges, insurance charges (each package is insured) and packaging (collectively referred to as Transportation Costs on the invoices). The ordered goods is delivered to the customer through the transportation company Česká pošta, s.p. (up to 30kg), GLS (up to 40kg) or through the DPD delivery service (up to 50kg). The goods is delivered on the basis of COD (cash on delivery) – the buyer shall pay for the goods when taking over the consignment in cash, or it is also possible to pay for the order in advance by a money transfer to the buyer’s account. With DPD delivery service, it is also possible to pay by card when taking over the consignment for an additional charge. Payment in cash is also possible when personally taking over the goods on the company premises. When taking over the consignment, the customer shall inspect the integrity of the package and whether the consignment shows obvious signs of damage. The seller is entitled to demand that the buyer pays a deposit. Note: the maximum weight of 1 consignment is 30kg through Česká pošta, s.p., 40 kg through GLS and 50 kg through DPD, should the consignment weight more than that, additional postage shall be charged. This weight of individual consignments is meant including the packaging material and the final amount of weight may vary in cases of heterogeneous structure of orders (combination of various packaging materials).

TRANSPORTATION COSTS WITHIN THE CZECH REPUBLIC FOR CONSIGMENTS WHICH CONTAIN GOODS WITH VALUE HIGHER THAN CZK 5,000 (INCLUDING VAT) ARE COMPLETELY FOR FREE!!!

TRANSPORTATION ABROAD:

All packages abroad are sent after an advance payment, including Slovakia. The table of prices of postage abroad according to weight and target destination can be found below. If weight will exceed the maximum permitted weight of a package, then the transport fee shall be calculated as if there were more packages – first package with the maximum weight and the last package with the remaining weight. Real weight may differ from actual weight because of used packaging material. All prices in EUR are calculated according to the current exchange rate.

Group 1 - Austria, Poland, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania

Group 2 - Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Switzerland, Liechtenstein

Group 3 - Ireland, Bulgaria, Italy, France, Spain

Group 4 - Greece, Portugal, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Malta, Cyprus, Turkey, Great Britain, Serbia

GERMANY:

Packages to Germany are sent according to transport and price conditions of the DHL company and there is requested an advance payment. Real weight may differ from actual weight because of used packaging material. All prices in EUR are calculated according to the current exchange rate.

OTHER COUNTRIES:

Transport to other countries is calculated after the mutual agreement and according to current transport and price conditions of the company “ČESKÁ POŠTA” (Czech Post).

PACKING:

Our technology of packing porcelain is at a high safety and environmental level. Packaging is done in a way that the package remained intact even when falling from the height of 1 meter. We mainly use cardboard packages form multilayer cardboard, the porcelain is interlaces with corrugated paper, bubble wrap, foam polyethylene, it is firmly fixed by a STRETCH film and placed into the package. Then it is placed into a larger (outside) package and the interspace is filled with paper wool, advertising leaflets and similar, so there is no need for concerns. However, should the content of the consignment be damaged even with all of these measures (it happens very rarely), each consignment is insured for these cases and the transporter shall pay for the value of the damaged content. Even so, it is necessary to assert the warranty claim for the goods together with the box and packaging material within 24 hours after the takeover (upon agreement with us).

INSURANCE:

Each consignment is insured in the amount of transported goods and the insurance costs are included in the transportation costs!!!
