Snowflake Christmas Porcelain

❄️ Collectible Artistry & Freehand Brushwork

Unlike mass-produced holiday tableware decorated with identical ceramic transfers, our Snowflake collection brings the individual character of genuine freehand painting to your dining table. Every snowflake is painted freehand without stencils by our workshop artisans, giving each plate, cup, and bowl its own distinct personality.

Subtle variations in brushwork and pigment application reveal the individual character of each hand-painted piece—a sign of authentic hand-craftsmanship and exclusivity.

🎨 Colour Variations & Rim Line Finishes

To complement your interior style, we offer the Snowflake motif in various hand-painted colour palettes and rim line finishes:

• Winter Azure Blue (AL Standard): A crisp, frosty palette featuring azure blue snowflakes paired with a matching hand-painted azure rim line. Fully dishwasher-safe and microwave-safe.

• Festive Red (CL Standard): A warm, traditional holiday scheme with vibrant red snowflakes and a matching red rim line. Fully dishwasher-safe and microwave-safe.

• Plain Finish (BB Standard): A minimalist presentation without rim borders, allowing the hand-painted artwork to take centre stage on the crisp porcelain background. Fully dishwasher-safe and microwave-safe.

• Precious Metals – Gold (GL) & Platinum (PL): For formal banquets by candlelight, we can hand-paint the snowflake artwork or rim line borders in genuine gold (GL) or platinum (PL). The metallic sheen reflects holiday lighting to create a striking festive atmosphere. Please note: Tableware decorated with precious metals requires gentle hand washing and is not suitable for microwave use.

🏛️ Made-to-Order Customisation & Porcelain Shapes

As a specialist porcelain decorating workshop, we offer exceptional flexibility. Because every piece is hand-painted to order, you are not restricted to pre-configured catalogue items.

We can apply the freehand Snowflake motif to a wide selection of base porcelain shapes currently in production, subject to technical compatibility:

• 🏙️ Contemporary Architectural Shapes (e.g., Tom, City): Sleek coup profiles that offer a modern canvas for azure or red winter graphics.

• 🫖 Hollowware Complements (e.g., Yvonne): Teapots, cups, cream jugs, and soup tureens that complement contemporary plate collections.

• 🌸 Classic & Relief Shapes (e.g., Ofelia, Verona, Rokoko): Traditional scalloped rims and reliefs that give hand-painted artwork an antique, collectible feel.

If you require specific items—such as large oval fish platters, generous Advent mugs for mulled wine, or festive porcelain candle holders—simply order the desired piece in any currently listed pattern, and specify your request to apply the hand-painted Snowflake motif (and your chosen colour finish) in the order notes in your shopping basket during checkout. We will review your request and confirm whether the selected combination is technically possible before preparing your order.

🥣 Christmas Tableware Sets & Individual Pieces

Our Snowflake collection is available in versatile configurations to suit your holiday entertaining needs:

• Christmas Plate Sets for 4, 6, 8, or 12 People: Coordinated plate sets providing matching dinner, deep soup, and dessert plates for holiday hosting.

• Individual Place Settings & Single Items: Order individual dinner plates, dessert plates, or bowls separately to build your collectible set over time, subject to continued availability.

• Afternoon Tea & Dessert Services: Teapots, coffee pots, sugar bowls, cream jugs, and three-tiered cake etageres for Advent pastries and afternoon gatherings.

🎨 Creative Mix & Match Colour Palette

Because all variations of the Snowflake collection share the same underlying artistic style, you can creatively mix different colour palettes across your table setting for a vibrant, winter-inspired atmosphere.

For example, pair Azure Blue dinner plates with Festive Red Advent mugs to bring a warm family feel to breakfast, or introduce accent bowls and serving platters painted with Genuine Gold or Platinum snowflakes to elevate your festive dinner.

When mixing tableware, we recommend choosing pieces from the same porcelain shape family (e.g., combining City plates with Yvonne hollowware) to maintain a cohesive silhouette across all your place settings.

⚙️ On-Glaze Firing & Protective Packaging

• On-Glaze Decorative Firing (800–820 °C): Ceramic colours are fired onto the glazed porcelain surface at approximately 800–820 °C. The pigments fuse securely onto the glaze, producing a durable decorative finish with rich colour brilliance.

• Dishwasher & Microwave Safety: Standard versions painted in ceramic colours without precious metals (azure blue AL, festive red CL, and plain BB finish) are dishwasher-safe and microwave-safe.

• Health & Food Safety: Our decorated tableware complies with applicable EU food-contact safety requirements and is suitable for everyday use.

• Protective Packaging & Damage Replacement: Orders are packed in heavy-duty five-layer corrugated boxes. Each porcelain piece is individually protected with five-layer corrugated cardboard, and the entire box is cushioned with protective filling. In the rare event that an item is damaged during carrier transit, simply email us a photo of the damaged piece, and we will send a replacement free of charge.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Is hand-painted Snowflake porcelain dishwasher safe?

Yes. Standard versions painted in ceramic colours without precious metals (azure blue AL, festive red CL, and plain BB finish) are dishwasher-safe and microwave-safe. Custom editions painted with genuine gold (GL) or platinum (PL) require gentle hand washing and are not suitable for microwave use.

Is every snowflake truly different on each plate?

Yes. Our artisans paint each snowflake freehand without stencils or mechanical transfers. As a result, every plate, cup, and bowl features subtle variations in detail, giving each hand-painted piece its own individual character.

How do I order individual serving platters or tea sets with the Snowflake motif?

Simply order the desired porcelain item in any currently listed pattern, and add a note in your shopping basket during checkout specifying your request for the hand-painted Snowflake motif along with your preferred colour scheme (e.g., Azure Blue AL, Festive Red, Gold GL, or Platinum PL). We will review your request and confirm technical compatibility before producing your order.
