Santa Christmas Porcelain

🎅 Traditional Nostalgia & Family Heritage

Few figures evoke the magic of Christmas quite like Father Christmas. The Santa pattern combines central artwork of Santa Claus with playful accent details of wrapped gifts and holiday decorations, creating an inviting backdrop for multi-generational celebrations.

Set against crisp porcelain, this traditional motif is a favourite choice for family gatherings, morning Advent cocoa, and festive holiday feasts.

🎨 Rim Line Options & Precious Metals

To accommodate both daily holiday dining and formal table arrangements, we offer the Santa motif with various rim line options:

• Plain Finish (BB Standard): A clean design without additional rim borders, allowing the central artwork space to breathe. Fully dishwasher-safe and microwave-safe.

• Classic Red Rim Line (CL Standard): A hand-painted red border that frames the festive motif, highlighting traditional holiday colours. Fully dishwasher-safe and microwave-safe.

• Custom Gold Rim Line (GL Luxury): For formal Christmas Eve dinners requiring an elegant shimmer, we can complement the motif with a hand-painted genuine gold rim line upon request. Please note: Tableware decorated with genuine gold requires gentle hand washing and is not suitable for microwave use.

🏛️ Traditional Shapes & Made-to-Order Customisation

As a specialist porcelain decorating workshop, we offer exceptional flexibility. Because we decorate our porcelain to order, you are not restricted to pre-configured catalogue items.

The Santa pattern pairs exceptionally well with classic, relief-decorated porcelain shapes:

• 🌸 Ofelia (Thun, established 1794): Featuring delicate rim waves and elegant proportions—our classic choice for traditional festive dining.

• 🌿 Verona (G. Benedikt, established 1882): Gently scalloped rims with subtle reliefs, ideal for cosy countryside settings.

• ✨ Astra (Ćmielów, established 1790): Wide rim borders that beautifully frame central artwork and hand-painted rim lines.

• 👑 Rokoko (Český porcelán a.s., established 1864): An iconic traditional shape featuring ornate handles and elegant relief details, lending a timeless feel to festive tableware.

If you require specific items—such as large fish platters, salad bowls, or soup tureens—simply order the desired piece in any currently available pattern, and specify your request to apply the Santa motif (and your chosen rim style) in the order notes in your shopping basket during checkout. We will review your request and confirm whether the selected combination is technically possible before preparing your order.

🥣 Christmas Tableware Sets & Individual Pieces

Our Santa collection is available in versatile configurations to suit family households of all sizes:

• Christmas Plate Sets for 4, 6, 8, or 12 People: Coordinated plate sets providing matching dinner, deep soup, and dessert plates for holiday hosting.

• Individual Place Settings & Plates: Order individual dinner plates, deep soup plates, or dessert plates separately to build your collection over time, subject to continued availability.

• Mugs & Afternoon Tea Pieces: Generous mugs for hot punch or hot chocolate, together with matching sugar bowls, cream jugs, and multi-tiered cake etageres.

🎨 Creative Mix & Match Dining

Our Christmas motifs can be combined on the same porcelain shape to create a coordinated table setting. For the Santa collection, we highly recommend pairing your pieces with our iconic Christmas Tree collection. Both designs share complementary colour palettes and a warm nostalgic spirit, allowing you to layer plates from both motifs on the same table.

When mixing tableware, we recommend choosing pieces from the same porcelain shape family (e.g., combining Ofelia shapes together) to ensure a unified silhouette across your place settings.

⚙️ On-Glaze Firing & Protective Packaging

• On-Glaze Decorative Firing (800–820 °C): Ceramic colours are fired onto the glazed porcelain surface at approximately 800–820 °C. The pigments fuse securely onto the glaze, producing a durable decorative finish with rich colour contrast.

• Dishwasher & Microwave Safety: Standard editions without gold decoration (BB and CL finishes) are dishwasher-safe and microwave-safe.

• Health & Food Safety: Our decorated tableware complies with applicable EU food-contact safety requirements and is suitable for everyday use.

• Protective Packaging & Damage Replacement: Orders are packed in heavy-duty five-layer corrugated boxes. Each porcelain piece is individually protected with five-layer corrugated cardboard, and the entire box is cushioned with protective filling. In the rare event that an item is damaged during carrier transit, simply email us a photo of the damaged piece, and we will send a replacement free of charge.
