We are interested in porcelain sets and accessories in the decor which is used only with a few products. Is it possible to order your offered porcelain with another decor and have you make it with the chosen decor?
Custom Porcelain Decoration
Yes, all offered shapes of porcelain can be decorated with offered decors (motives). Some of the shapes, especially those which are quite new, are not completely patterned and they are only available in a limited offer. In order to place your specific order, add your chosen porcelain (shape) with another decor to the cart and specify in the "Note" section which decor you are interested in.
May I get in touch with my friends and can we then make a group order for more than CZK 5,000 in order not to pay the postage?
Group Orders
Yes, it is, of course, possible. This is your own sconce. The invoice includes prices of individual items, and you can then therefore easily settle the bill among you.
How can I speed up the searching through your wide range of products?
Product Filtering
Use the filtering options: click on Eshop, then Brands and parameters, and select the Category and Decor you are interested in.
I need a gift delivered sooner than the declared delivery period states. I forgot to order it earlier, is it possible to reach an agreement in this matter?
Express Delivery Arrangement
You can either call us or use the “Note” section of the order form to determine the required delivery date. We have thousands of items of porcelain products in stock prepared to be decorated or already finished, and while we are producers (decorators), there is the big advantage that we can influence the delivery time.
We plan to completely renew our household with your porcelain and furniture fittings. Is it possible to come to your company in person, to “touch” the porcelain and arrange everything required for such order?

Yes, it is possible – upon prior arrangement by phone. We have a lot of experience with complete renewals of households. We will be happy to welcome you by us, show you the product range you are interested in and arrange everything necessary for our mutual satisfaction. In our showroom, you can see all offered shapes and many decorations.
Is your porcelain suitable for dishwashers and microwave ovens?
Dishwasher and Microwave Suitability
The porcelain without color design (BB) or with ceramic colors (AL, CL, HL, ML, RL, etc.) is suitable for both dishwashers and microwave ovens. However, porcelain decorated with precious metals, such as platinum (PL), gold (GL) and lusters (Hlistr, Plistr, etc.) is not suitable for dishwashers or microwave ovens.
Is it possible to buy porcelain sets by individual pieces?
Buying Individual Items
Yes, it is possible to buy individual items from any set. However, it is cheaper to buy entire sets because prices of sets – for eating, plate sets, tea sets, coffee sets, etc., are adjusted in the way that you will save about 10% if you buy the entire set and not each piece separately.
Where can we see your porcelain?

Unfortunately, it can only be seen in our showroom in Chodov near Carlsbad. We sell our porcelain only through our internet stores.
