The porcelain we decorate is characterised by high mechanical strength, a durable glaze and a brilliant white body. All ceramic colours and precious metals used comply with strict European food safety standards.

💡 Care Instructions:

• Porcelain decorated with precious metals (Gold & Platinum): To preserve the shine of hand-painted gold or platinum and protect the decoration for years to come, we recommend gentle hand washing with a soft sponge. Not suitable for microwave use.

• Porcelain decorated without metal accents: Dishwasher-safe and microwave-safe. We recommend using gentle dishwasher cycles to preserve colour vibrancy for years to come.

How do I order a set in a pattern that is not pictured on the website?

Order the set in your preferred porcelain shape under any available pattern, and specify your desired pattern in the notes field during checkout. Our decorators will decorate the set according to your exact request.

What is the difference between a plate set and a dinner set?

A plate set contains only essential plates (dinner, soup and side plates). A dinner set (or dinner service) includes the plates plus complete serving accessories such as a soup tureen, sauce boat, serving bowls and salt and pepper shakers.

Which porcelain is best suited for everyday use?

For daily dining, we recommend patterns without precious metal trims (gold or platinum), as they are fully dishwasher and microwave-safe. Smooth or modern shapes (Alaska, City) or proven classics (Ofélie, Verona) are particularly easy to care for.

Can I purchase replacement single pieces in the future?

Yes. As long as the base shape remains in production by the manufacturer, individual plates, cups or bowls can be ordered separately—even years later.

Can I order a custom set configuration (e.g. for 8 or 10 people)?

Yes. Whether you require a dinner service for 8, a tea set for 4 or a combined dinner-and-coffee service in a matching design, please contact us by email for a tailored quotation.

How long does production and dispatch take?

Because each set is decorated and fired in our workshop after your order is confirmed, standard production time is typically 1 to 2 weeks. We will keep you updated on the status of your order.

How is fragile porcelain safely delivered within the EU?

Each item is individually wrapped in protective cushioning and shipped in heavy-duty 5-ply corrugated cardboard boxes with ample protective padding. If any item arrives damaged despite our care, simply send us a photo by email and we will decorate and dispatch a replacement free of charge.
